How quickly will my order be dispatched and delivered?

Orders are typically processed within 0-1 business days (Mon-Fri). In exceptional circumstances, there may be slight delays. Generally, you can expect delivery within 3-4 days (Mon-Fri) once processed (transit time). Total estimated delivery time is therefore 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri). If an item is anticipated to take longer, that information will be clearly noted on the product page. We aim to provide timely shipping and customer support.

What is your return policy?

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so for a full refund as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@primehomesteadusa.com if you wish to cancel. Once your order has shipped, cancellations will be handled under our 30-Day Return Policy.

How do I place an order?

To order online, simply click the “Add To Cart” button on your chosen item and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing details and complete the purchase. For orders over the phone, please call us at +1 888 805 3920. An immediate order confirmation will be sent, and we will begin processing your order as soon as it is received.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order and payment authorization. We will process your order immediately and send you another email with a tracking number once your package has left our facility. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We work to keep our product listings accurate and up to date, but high demand can sometimes lead to rapid sell-outs.

Will I receive an email confirmation of my order?

Yes, your order will be followed by an email confirmation. We recommend printing this email for your records, and please double-check your email address to ensure you receive it.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are sales tax registered in New Jersey and only charge sales tax on orders shipped within this state.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Yes, changes can be made at no extra cost by contacting us at support@primehomesteadusa.com before your order is dispatched. If there is a price difference, it will either be credited to your payment method or invoiced separately.
