At Prime Homestead USA, we aim to make canceling an order as seamless as possible. If you change your mind, please contact us immediately so we can try to stop the shipment before it leaves our facility.

If the order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to cancel it directly; however, we can help you initiate a return process once the item is delivered.
