What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
When your order is delivered, please examine the packaging carefully. If you notice any damage—even if it's just to the outer box—make a note on the delivery receipt. Should you be unable to inspect the package at the time of delivery but suspect damage, simply write “suspect damage” on the receipt. If any items do arrive damaged, please email us photos at support@primehomesteadusa.com so we can arrange an immediate replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
